The second day of the 2010 Gov 2.0 LA "Gov20LA" Un-conference was marked by the energy inside as well as the continued biblical rains outside. The 2010 Gov20LA saw an unprecedented 121,000+ unique visitors on our 2-day long live stream, and at this point I had only seen part of the statistics for the first day.
